Hi, I'm Jose.Developer & operations leader.

I'm a bilingual professional with two complementary backgrounds. On one side: a B.S. in Software Development from Bellevue University, three consecutive Dean's List awards with a 4.0 GPA, and membership in the Omega Nu Lambda National Honor Society. On the other: a Bachelor of Business Administration from Central University of Venezuela and over a decade of hands-on operations, sales, and leadership experience.

Before writing my first line of code, I spent ten years working across three countries, running a supermarket in Chile, leading retail teams at Target, managing VIP banking clients at BBVA, interning in tax compliance at PwC on Procter & Gamble accounts, and four years as a pharmaceutical sales representative presenting psychiatric medications to physicians. I learned English along the way and built habits, accountability, technical communication, customer focus, that translate directly into how I approach software.

I'm at the start of my software career and honest about that. What I bring on top is uncommon: business literacy, team leadership, the ability to talk to non-technical stakeholders in two languages, and a track record of showing up and delivering. I care about Agile collaboration, clean version control, and code that someone else can read six months from now.
